Who is Steven Cerri?
Steven is different because he has been through the transition process himself. By education, Steven holds a B.S. in aeronautical engineering, an M.S. in geophysics, and an MBA. Because he has successfully made the transition from technologist to leader, he receives instant credibility. His point of view is not as a psychologist, or human resource specialist. His point of view is from that of a engineer, technical manager and executive who has had to deal with all the issues that make the transition to leader difficult and challenging. This coupled with Steven’s knowledge of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Steven is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP) makes Steven uniquely qualified not only to impart information but also to facilitate change.
