Action-Coaching is laser focused on situations like:

• You are going through a job transition and need guidance on how to make the transition smooth and successful transition.
• You are a first-time team-lead or manger and don't know what to do.
• You've got a make-or-break performance review coming up and need to guide it to success.
• You have a micro-managing manager and you want to figure out how to deal successfully with their management style.
• You are about to be let go and you want to keep your job and don't know what to do to keep it.
• Your career is not moving forward by working from home and you need to get noticed and be heard.

But Wait!  What are you signing up for, exactly?

Your situation calls for specific, step-by-step guidance to get through your specific situation and you need experience... Right?

This coaching program consists of 12 sessions of 1 hour each, spread over 12 to 24 weeks.  This is an action oriented program, designed so we will meet every week or, at most, every other week.

Why 12 sessions and not 1 or 3 or 6?

Success requires knowledge, action, evaluation, adjustment, and more action, until the desired result is achieved. This is a "feedback loop".

Your success can only be achieved if we have the time to conduct the feedback loop.  Hence, 12 sessions.

So, if your situation is important enough to you to invest your time and money, then fill out the application below. (I will not accept everyone who asks for Action-Coaching because I can't help everyone, in every situation... I'm not that knowledgeable.  I focus on engineers, scientists, and technologists.
