When you join the Career Accelerator Mentorship, you will:

  • This is a private, one-to-one, Zoom-based mentorship consisting of 12 x 90+ minute Zoom Mentoring sessions. 
  • I know the work environment you are in, so we are not going to force this into a one-session per week structure. We will move at a pace that works for you.
  • You have been selected through your interview with me, to participate in this program.
  • We will focus on what you want to focus on and we will work together to achieve what you want.
  • Remember this is not about me teaching you a canned program... this is about me helping you achieve what you want. That's what I mean by mentorship.

I can guarantee you that I will do my very best to provide you with the knowledge, guidance, support, and experience that will help you advance your career and get you what you want!

What I expect from you...

I expect you to be coach-able. This is critical to your success because I will be teaching you things you don't already know.

I will ask you to engage in new mindsets, communication, and influence behaviors that may put you out of your comfort zone.

I will ask and expect you to do the work.

Please remember, this is a collaborative experience. I am your guide and as such I will expect that you are willing and eager to be guided.
